Since 2009, H C Fennell Consulting, LLC has focused on understanding the implications of out-of-spec processing and installation errors, and how to remediate these problems. Our extensive experience with spray foam problems enables us to work effectively with home owners, foam installers, foam manufacturers, industrial hygienists, insurance companies, and lawyers to resolve issues such as cracking, shrinkage, odors, unreacted chemicals, and inadequate building enclosure performance. We develop appropriate remediation plans for each unique type of processing or installation problem, based on an assessment of immediate and long-term health, safety, and building performance goals.
